Community Mobilization and Empowerment

The goal of the Community Mobilization Program is to disciple, develop, and mobilize men and women from all over the Philippines to be agents of transformation in the communities that they are part of. The program trains CCT partners to become effective and influential community servant leaders (CSLs), selflessly leading their neighborhoods toward spiritual, socio-political, cultural, and economic transformation, and serving as models for others to follow. This includes active involvement in projects that benefit their communities such as seminars on cooperative education or entrepreneurship, and in the organizing of trade fairs. They are among those called on to respond to disasters in their areas.

CCT’s servant leadership training program has five stages: the grounding stage, the establishing stage, the equipping stage, the serving stage and the sending stage. The program was launched in 2007.
